For one thing, please edit your post. There is no need to have a single question posted over the course. Damage is dealt to the area of evect(AoE) there should be a damage ammount, and maybe 2 or 3 places for % or points of splash damage The Building interval is the % damage the building takes from the damage. 90% means it takes 10% less damage 110% means it takes 10% more I have a question about making a volcano. If I want a volcano to hit random places on a map, without dealing splash damage to the entire map, how do I do it? Do I need a special trigger, because the volcano ability seems to hit all units in it's range evenly, even if the rock his no where near the units. IE: I'll have a 2000 range, and all of the trees in that circle will die from the first rock that hits 1000 away. |

Dude, if you don't even know what the base damage is then you have no clue about anything, and I could not explain to you how to walk and talk if you don't know how to listen. Do you want a walk through? Maybe I should type up a FAQ for you. FAQ about Cluster Rockets: 1) What is base damage? A ) Base damage is the stat of the ability that deals damage to the radius. 2) What's a radius? a) the circle that takes the damage of the ability 3) Where do I find these? a) In the object editor. Go to new ability, then find Cluster rocket and click OK. Then look for the base damage and edit it. Find the radius, edit it. Find the splash damage. Edit it. ETC ETC |

Omg, but i put base damage as 50 and missile count to ten, and max damage to 500, but its always doing more or less.... |

Guest | Well I used an edited version of Cluster Rockets for my Goliath hero in FWI and it always lives up to status quo. Theres a few possiblites, A) What scenario are you running here? If you have alot of units your using this skill against theres more a chance for the damage to be spread out in the AoE B) The Max Damage isn't neccesarily the damage being delt. If you look you will see two sets of other Stat input, where you can edit the Medium Damage and the Low Damage Bases. C) Did you save the map? |

Yeah, he's right. If it is doing less than 50 damage, check the armor type of the units. Maybe that is the problem, or the splash radius. If the unit is not close enough to the center of the target, then it will take less damage, the medium, or small splash damage as described above. |
