Request: Help with animations

I made a model in Milkshape but I can't make the animations work in WC3, and now my version has expired.

I saved the model as a 3DS file.

If anyone could help me i would be glad.

I have attached a picture of the model as far as I came.

well try getting gmax that is free and animates better than milkshape

Thanks for the link but when i started animating my model split up in several parts... It looks for me like the meshes don't stick together.

first don't split the meshes up, use skin modifier and in settings set pivot only to set the center of the model.
