Need help!

hi all i am making a campaign and i need help how do u make the speach box appear at the bottom of the screen?? could you give me the right trigger it would be greatly appreciated!! ^_^ ^_^

first of all, this is the wrong forum, you need the trigger forum.
and what speech box? the one in the cinematics you mean?

Danm! not again i got the wrong forum! srry but yes i did mean the cinematic speach box thing.

erm...ehh...wait i know how to do this...

make a trigger with action:
action
cinematic-send transmission from unit(-type)

now select the unit (-type) , his name and the message. you can also add a sound. duration is the time that the message will last. (no duration is 5 seconds)

It jus put his portrait in the selected unit place. I want it to bring up that big speach box

this is the speech box, hmmm try to turn cinematic mode on. maybe that helps.

action
cinematic-cinematic mode.
turn it on for all players or a single player.

c'mon man, that trigger was 2 spaces under the transmission trigger you just did.
the triggers are all sorted by name, so you don't need me to tell you where it is.

lol srry i tried it and it didnt work

also do u put both actions in the same trigger eg start cinematic thing, then message thing , then end cinematic??

offcourse you need to use the actions in one trigger. else they don't have 'contact'.
you just create a new action, that all.

new action: turn cinematic mode on.
new action: do message thing.
new action: turn cinematic mode off.
