J.R.R. Tolkiens, The Silmarillion Skins

Well, i was just wondering if i could get some help w/ some skinning problems im having. Anyhelp at all would be appreaciated. What im looking for as of now is a skin of Earendil the Blessed. I'd like to see the model be a Human Spell Breaker . The skinning need for Earendil is i need this banner to be (as close as possible) skinned onto his shiled:


Aside from the shield, Earendils armor, etc. should be the colors of the shield, consisting mostly of the grey and the blue. I do have some other projects i could propose, but i do not want to flood you brilliant artists out there with too much. Also, here is a refernce pic or too. ( he is blonde)


Also, if it wouldnt be too much of a burden, i wouldnt mind see Earendils ship Vingilot. It looks exactly like it does in these pictures. Minus the wings...unless you'd like to challenge yourself

well if you wanted the boat model dune for any information on the thing please say what animations how far for it to be animated etc. it helps modelers so much

Generally I don't give models out (prior to CaQT release), but PM me and I'll see what I can do. I guess making Vingilot's skin wouldn't be that tough either :)

I'll have a go at skinning Earendil, mainly cause I am a fan of the Silmarillion. I'll start it right away. Although none of the reference pics to him worked I will just start with the shield and go from there.

EDIT: Okay, I've done the shield and started on his garments. Tufy those models are awsome, I just had a look and that boat is realy good, gj on those they are great.

Hey i really appreciate the help! Ive been workin on this map off/on for like 4 months. The terrain is something extrordinary, and some of the spells will be quite cool. All help is appreciated once again

Well, since dystopia is going to work on Earendil, i have our next project for all you skinners. Telchar, Smith of Nogrod, and quite posibley the greatest dwarven smith ever. I would like a MK, but with new armor. Maybe give him a torch in one hand, and a hammer in another
