Console making problem! look here please!

I have 3 problems with console making.
1:You can't see the units portrait your selecting.
2:I can't find where in "Game Interface" I can edit the clock thing.
3:If you look closeley, you see black textures are all over the console, I marked it with red line.

the black textures need to be alpha out, i think. i don't know the rest, srry.

can you tell me what paths they are, i need to test it.

EDIT: i think i solved it, you need to alpha all the black out. it should be invisible, you made it black so you can't see the portrait. it's behind it.

you have photoshop, right? in the upper bar you have some options, default is 'normal', change that to 'clear'. now clear everything you want to be invisible.(the portrait and the black above) that's all, it worked for me atleast.

Yeah I have photoshop but really I suck at it. My artist made that but ok I will try and edit this post if its working...

EDIT: I think I got it, going to test it now. But Angel, do you know where in game interface I can change the clock thing? I cant fiend where to edit it!

Damn, well this works completely now but when I made this clear the art damaged a bit and is like monkeys work, I used paint bucket tool so it could be the reason. Do you know about another smooth way to make that clear thing? I tried using magic wand but it doesnt help. If you know how to make it cleear without damaging the icicles, please upload it in .zip or .rar here :\
