runescape based map?

i've been getting into runescape a little lately....

just thinking, wouldnt it be kool having a runescape based map... with like custom scabby player models with save codes and custom skills and crap.

Is it gonna have members area too? And you can make the models with bad skinning so you can make a bigger map

Sounds like a good idea to me, just dont make it all crappy :P.
