Yes, they did open it using weu. I dont know if that narrows it down abit.. if I can open it, but they cant, what could be the matter?

Do they get an error? And if so, what does it say? And are they using the same version of WEU as you?

Apparently, it is to do with pathin, but the editor crashes before you can do anything, like copy it down or print screen it

I pretty sure that i turned on advanced triggers, and the people im working with looked at the readme said that the comile error was because i didnt init. advanced triggers. But when i did, i got this problem:

If it doesn't find the InitAdvancedTriggers() function I can only assume that advanced triggers havn't been activated for this map in the WEU enhancer.
If you did, then maybe there was a problem copying this function to the map header.

To avoid the compile error you can try opening the map in the Enhancer, and disabling advanced triggers, then saving the map. Then load the map again in the Enhancer and enable advanced triggers again and save.

As to the other people who can't open the map. They probably don't have show advanced triggers activated in the editor settings. This could cause the mentioned problem.

Thx for that. However, when i try to save the map it takes ages to ssave, and then eventually crashes. I think that perhaps i should leave it running for a while, cos when i looked at the bottom right, it always says "saving triggers". But thx for you help so far

EDIT: ive now enabled advanced triggs, so thats ok., and my friend managed to get a print screen, which ive attached. I t says something about not finding trigger
ISSUEORDERBYIDLOC, which makes me think that hes not using WEU, but he says he is and opening it via the WE enhancor. Any ideas that come to light now ive got this?

If your friend has an Athlon 64 and Service Pack 2, tell him to add an exception for WE Unlimited.exe as described in the following articel
