Team Wanted, BeyBlade, Grevolution duo tag team tournament

well, straight to buisness, my map is a beyblade duo tournement, thats 2 members to a team, training in seperate areas,or, if they wanna risk it, the Advanced training area to the left of the map. i must admit i never finished a map before, but that was due to my computer failing, all i have left of my original map is very bugged, but is show able, on demand, anyway back to my map, itll be able to launch your beyblade from the unit using set triggers and commands with text activated controls, upgrades such as Engine gears, improved chasis etc etc as u would normally be able to do, and if u reach certain levels you will be able to summon you bit beast which will do damage and increase the beyblades spin potentional dramatically, the map currently has all but 4 characters placed, 1 beyblade made, map initialization triggers set, custom music, still working out on the custom images and the other half of the loading screen which is being perticually annoying for me :\, if u are intrested in joining the team please drop me a line on msn: [email protected] or even send me a private message, suggestions are more then welcome. i currently have a very genarous StormRageJunior making me some custom skins for a few of the characters beasts, im hoping this map will be a success, contact me on msn as i said, or if u prefer on Wc3 TFT, as Daichi on europe server or Daichi_X on us east server, thanks for your time and i hope i get a great team together, all work is HIGHLY appreciated, oh yes these would be the most appreciated positions: Custom item/abilitie editor, map balancer, trigger master, moderler if possible but not so important, would be nice touch to the map as a whole tho, if it works we need a strong team to cope together and work together, (the big picture with all the bladers is the main loading screen which is annoying me i cant get it right if possible could u create it into a custom loading screen for me, TYVM!!!! Oh boy... Beyblades... and I was hoping so badly not live long enough to see this thread :P Even so, I guess I still need to answer on it.

Anyway, in general, you might want to give some more information what Beyblades is about. Because Beyblades is one of the most... popular things out here in the Netherlands, it is only logical I am familiar with it (sadly) but that doesn't mean everyone else knows it.

Don't look at me! I don't like Beyblades! I was just forced to say positive things about it because I worked in a toy store while they were so incredible popular. That's the only way I got to know about Beyblades... and I'd like to keep it that way as well...

You might want and try to keep it as short as possible seeing as many (don't count me by "many" seeing as I love to read) are not very fond on reading a long story.

And while I'm at it, you might want to show some of your work as well, that way people know with what kind of person they're dealing with.

Season1:
Welcome to the world of beyblading. It is intense and exciting. Imagine two tops charging at each other with magical creatures called bit beasts emerging from them! This show follows a team of beybladers named the Bladebreakers! They travel the world including China, America, London, and even Russia on a quest to become the worlds best beybladers!
season2:
After the World Championships occur, the Bladebreakers have gone their seperate ways, but new unknown teams begin appearing on a quest to claim the Bladebreakers bitbeast. They must reunite to protect their bitbeasts, but will they fully succed.
season 3:
After keeping their bitbeasts out of harms way, a new World championship tournament is announced, but there will be only 2 members per team. this causes Max to go to the All-Starz and Ray to go to the White Tigers, plus Kai just can't make up his mind as to where he will be. Needless to say there friendship will be tested and tried as each Bladebreaker goes on a quest to prove why they are the best beyblader around. Can the Bladebreakers keep up their winning ways when they've been divided against one another?, the map is based on season 3's tournement!

ALSO, i will include a minimap picture, character pictures, detailed attacks and everything if u really want me to, and dont be so negative about beyblades, the progremme is great, and so is the real thing, haha exspecially when u smash up someone elses

To be honest... I already found it uninteresting (the game that is) that they spin. And even though you want to make it in WCIII I won't stop you (I doubt it'll be as hard as most other projects that roam around) but I am not so sure what kind of audiance you are trying to gather.

Beyblades is a... or rather was, (could be that it still is, but I'm not working in a toy store anymore) extremely popular in the Netherlands, where HolyAngel and I (sadly) live. The audiance which it was aimed at was kids from the (probably) 5 - 10 but definitely, not older. I've read reviews regarding it and it is not making it more interesting for me. I am not exactly proud to say that I've seen one ep. (can I help it they play the ep. 8 hours after each other in the toy store where I worked! It was true terror, I wanted to pledge suicide I tell you! Suicide!...uhhum...) since I can only say a few words. "It is definitely bringing the term 'anime' down, instead of up what most series intention is," and yes, I can speak that from confidence after seeing over 140 different series.

I am sorry, even though you will definitely get an audiance on Bnet, you will not get the audiance you are hoping for. At the most, a hand ful of 'm, and even that will be in the minority of the term a "handful".

...and don't start over the real game... I asked to be transferred to an other place of the store (luckily it was a small store, it was not so great to hear someone else though) after several days of trying to explain how "GREAT" it was... *sigh*
...as if pokemon and Hamtaro weren't enough to explain... I can live with pokemon (at least a varianted choice of what I knew something about, not necessarily liked (As I recall, I voted it a 3, the first movie a 5 all other movies a 2, the third season a 1. Yup, that was the amount of how much I liked it, and how serious I found it, but then again, I prefer drama) but at least I knew something about it. Heck, together with Dragonball it was the hardest question who held the title of 'most popular' out here in the Netherlands a year or two ago) but I hold a grudge against Hamtaro, Beyblades, Medabots and Yu Gi Oh... to be honest, I didn't find Digimon as bad as the others, and I voted it higher then the average serie out here in the Netherlands (yup, I voted a 5, the movie a 6 (or 7, I can't recall) since I liked the movie :P) but anyway, I think I'll continue this discussion in the AC forum... it is very unfit for me to do such a thing.

HolyAngel, I wanted to say "dear god" as well, but the moment I wrote it, I reminded myself that I wasn't a believer of god and refuse to use his name in terms such as that :P Naturally, I removed the sentence before I posted :P

My toy store days had good memories, I became friends with most employees there and come back once in a while (ironic that the leader of the employees 'always' ask me when I enter, "And? Got a girlfriend already?" *sigh*) but it also had bad memories... talking positive about things I dislike, hate, or hold a grudge against...

Not necessarily from this project, nor is it a campaign Ark. But yes, screen shots as a wild example.

@ Daichi. I know they spin, but what i meant was show the beyblade model, tell us how to play. When you use the bit beasts, what happens? And all that stuff.

@ Fladian. I don't believe in God too, but it's something I always say in these situations :p

HolyAngel, I am guessing it'll just make a special effect and summons a creator using the summon system of Warcraft. While I only know little about Beyblades (thank goodness) or rather, how they are used (the problems to open the box was hillarious. The box was closed to tight and/or the knife wasn't sharp enough to get through it. I had to ask for help to open it :P) but it is a normal battle regarding the creatures, I guess...

Yes, well, not-believing and losing faith are two different things ^^ That's why I refuse to say the word "god" in most situations. Anyway, that is off topic discussion ^^

Ah, making this map actually is possible, I don't know still what's not possible with the powerful WE. But I don't recommand you inport too many models and skins because size limit on BNet for maps is 4mb if you didn't know...
