Hi =D

Well guys, I've got some questions that I'm sure will help many cinamatic noobs - including myself ^_^ - around the world. I'm making a...err..."spell battle scene" wanna-be for my D&D char background. I got some tricky ideas that will do it for a noob scene, but there are still problems.

1. I changed a Peasant model into a "Frost Bolt", and increased its size. The problem is that the bolt is touching the ground, and I wanted it to "fly" it to the target. For you guys to get the idea (and suggest another way if is it best, for I couldn't make my char use a normal WC Skill on the enemy :( ), I made an animation of spell casting - the best that I could - and created this Frost Bolt in front of the caster. The bolt goes to the target and explodes, creating some "Frost Nova" effects on the target.

2. I don't know those standard animations code. I only know "stand", "Spell Throw", "Dissipate" and "Death". I wish I could make'em feel like "shaken" when they're hit. The blood comes out, but no expression is seen on the chars, that sucks o_O

Yeah, I guess this is it...For Now =D

Change the Movemnt type of the Peasant or Frost Bolt to Flying or Floating and hen change the MOVEMENT HEIGHT from 0 - "whatever" that should help you with the height problem.

As for the second question, you can try using the RARE animations of untis, altho I do not know what those are since I myself never used them, so sorry if I cannot help you out there :( Peace Out â€
