local code arrays

Does anyone know why the JASS syntax checker says "Expected a name" when you declare a local code array? Also, do you know why you can't compare code in an if?

You're right that code arrays simply don't compile (for some strange reason only Blizzard knows)
but you can use Code in comparisons without any problems
