Hi guys, Well my problem is, I dont really no how to describe my problem and whether this is the right forum to post it in... How do you make the doodads face perpendicular to the terrain beneath them. Eg. I got a hill and a fence, now if I just place the fence on the hill it will stick out of the hill, but not follow it smoothly. I think there is a simple thing I need to change and I ve seen it before in other cinematics, so any help would be greatly appreciated, thx tschig |

well if u select the doodad and push ctrl + page down it will put the fence more into the hill so it's not sticking out u can also use the same thing to make things float, jus with page up instead of page down |

you need to edit the pitch/roll values. its a field in the objects editor. |

I tryed the ctrl + page up thing, but it won't work,no thing hapens, the trees don't start floating, anyway I don't know if you allready know this but when you hold down shift you can put anything anywhere(object on a object). |
