can you use jass in text descriptions, for example i want the description to display a string variable, can i do that and how? can I perhaps make it so the proper name of a hero is the player's name? :\ |

1. If you mean in the object editor, no. 2. No but you can make a player's name his/her hero's name. |

There is no way to detect that the player passes his cursor over the icon in JASS. |
