Using Variables And Names In Text?

can you use jass in text descriptions, for example i want the description to display a string variable, can i do that and how? can I perhaps make it so the proper name of a hero is the player's name? :\

1. If you mean in the object editor, no.

2. No but you can make a player's name his/her hero's name.

ok thanks, is there a way without the object editor? e.g. the player passes his cursor over the icon?

I don't know if it help, but you can (detect it /chance the name of the hero) when player selects (clicks on) a unit/hero.....
