Simple Removal Request!

Hi, I need the one headed ogre without his club and without the horn on top of his head. If there turns out to be a hole where the horn was then, if possible patch it up. If you can't patch the possible remaining hole, then just removing the club will do. I've already tryed to alpha out them both but for some reason it won't let me. I really need this done! So to anyone that can do it, thanks!
