need fix on it...

i have been tryint the new amai version and been thinking why the A.I keep on tp when their hero is low on health while creeping.... I mean, they are just WASTING gold and cannot enlarge their army if they keep tping away to home and comeback again withouht much healing and same process repeat... was like LOL! Overall the a.i play very much like us human only the base build for certain race not kinda nice...or appropriate... anyway, i hope new version soon!!!

Yeah I guess it's one of the complicated things that needs to be taken care of somehow, make them use TP less vs creeps if possible. If the TP formula can be made to tell enemy units and creeps apart. or just decrease the overall TP use and do other things to save resources.

@Zal: Please also include in the fix two heroes using TP at the same time in a battle.

Do you have a replay of that? Because there actually is a kind of lock on that so there is no teleport used while one is already going on. There might be some loop hole through that between the detection of a hard coded use of teleport and the use of it by AMAI.

Hm well I had a game a week in which 1 of the AMAIs tped to its homebase coz its hero was low on hp about 10 secs later it tped to the expansion of its ally with the hero still low on HP causeing it to tp back again till its army got whiped out. o_O

Another issue which i would like to get fixed; 2 or even 3 AIs building their expansion at the same mine. (If they r on different Teams as in the game described above (the Map was GolemsInTheMist)

1 of my favourite tactics is (if the enemy army is superior to ours (for example a mass of wyverns while we got no aa) to attack a hero carrying a tp scroll causing the AI to use it (as its hp gets low) but this can be tricky since the enemy might cause my ally to do so either. ^_^

@AIAndy: Since the New Year version is out, I'll test it out there. Here are the issues I found so far regarding AMAI's use of TP Scroll:

. One Hero with low HP flees by using TP Scroll. While that's happening, another hero who is about to be killed also uses TP Scroll. This may be intended, but a better way could have been usage of Invul Pot.

. One Hero with low HP who is near the shop is hijacked by my units. It uses invul potion, but just after it uses it, it suddenly uses TP Scroll (wasting the use of the Invul Pot). I suggest that Hero should use Invisibility potion in this case.

. One Hero who is near the shop is hijacked by my units until it has low HP, and in desparate need to survive it wastes a Scroll of Healing (and he is alone). Usage Invisibility potion in this case will also be the best.

. Not a bug, but optimization area: In maps where there are Merchants, AMAI Heros should take advantage of Aura Items.

. Not a bug, but optimization area: In maps where there are a few items from creeps, and then there are Goblin Shops, heroes should buy Circlets. Circlets virtually levels the heroes up (because their attributes increase). Which means, heros should also take advantage of other attribute increaser items like Crowns of Kings or Hood of Cunning.
