WEU error

Everytime I try to create a map or edit a map with WEU enhancer.

it says:

Run-time error '713'

Class not registered.
You need the following file to be installed on your machine. MSSTDFMT.DLL

This is easy, just go to google and search for "MSSTDFMT.DLL" or "MSSTDFMT.DLL download", here is a Link to a download of it: Download
When you have downloaded it, just extract it to "C: \Windows\System" and you're done, now you should be able to start WEU.
