How do i submit a picture to the art gallery?

sorry if i am blind and can't find the button or thread explaining how to submit them, but i would like to, thank you!

mm yes i found that, i log in and everything, but there are no upload images buttons


in the position where it says upload picture

all the buttons i have listed are

Home . Search . Profile . Logout

Perhaps you should try again and read more carefully on the uploading images section...
