Wc3 Image Extractor ll problem

ive follow the guide that cookie did for skinning and the first skin i made worked but now this error keeps coming up



The file D:\Temp\Warcraft 3 Stuff\Moding\VillagerMals.tga has an unsupported compression



does anyone know why this happens?:( :( :( :( :(

You must save your pic VillagerMals.tga with no compression.

This is an option of your image editor.

can you say where it is ? i use photo shop pro 7.04 try and buy
