photoshop error... help?

ok i tried searching but cudnt find an answer to my problem....

ok i slice up my image and when i try and save for web i get this error
"Could not complete this operation because an assertion has failed"

ok wut does that mean and how can i fix?

that wasnt the reason...

but i found the problem... i had to delete a registration key out of the registration... it works all good now
