He has eyes, its just you dont get a good veiw of them in the screenshot.

thats defenitly not freehand. there are patterns on there that are humanly impossible to recreate.

freehand or not - its bad - messy - sloppy - undetailed - boring - and it makes no sense.....

tail of the wyrm has never freehanded i think.
this skin mayb have some free hand but it has sloppy tesxture like effects like his other skins.
i rate that skin 4/10
