Question with creating pictures

Lazyeyedhobo	<html><body> <font face="arial" color="white" size="3"> I want to create images for my warcraft 3 maps. I do not have photoshop but I do have paintshop pro. Will that work? Also I need to know what to save the file as. You know like ".jpg" or something </body></html>

Windrunner	every program that allows you to draw and stuff can work. you need to save the file as .blp go to the dl section and dl WCviewer, that can convert it to .blp
