Summoning Help

Guest	Uhh did I post this in the right section? Dunno Anyways. Im making this map with summons in it ok? But the problem is in the game when i press for exp "summon w/e" it summon all the other summons that the unit has too!!! Any suggestions? Plz help!

Panto	You're basing all of your summon skills off of the same spell. You can't have the same base ability on a unit, with a few select exceptions, or exactly what you described will happen. Make one from Water Elemental, one from Feral Spirit, one from Dark Portal, etc. BTW, having a guy that does more than one kind of summon is kind of boring, in my experience.

GreyArchon	Yup. Base everything off of another type of summon skill and it'll work fine.

tassadar920	OR: Base them all off the same summon spell, but set it so the spell summons an invisible unit. Then make a spell that deletes the dummy unit, and checks which spell was cast (condition: ability comparison) and summons the correct unit in the dummy units place.

no,becuase if they are based all on the same spell then it starts them all. best just to use different bases - feral spirit, pheonix, water elemental, and prawns, amongst others

Im not saying im not gonna do it! Just saying that it does take more work and that it will take a while longer, and as i am i am impatient.
