Strange Icon and Image import problems - please help

Minimap Preview
When I import my minimap through the EDITOR, it crashes WC3 whenever someone tries to click on my map and view the preview. When I DRAG and drop the SAME file into my map, using WINMPQ, the mini map preview works fine. Why the heck can't I import it with the editor, like everyone else?

Icons?
Okay, I made about 14 icons. I saved them all the exact same way. The entire icon is selected (aplha channels). They are 64x64 true color.

80% of the icons work great. The other 20% CRASH WC3 AGAIN! As soon as you click a unit that has one of them. Now, I reopened, re-edited, resaved, and recreated the bad icons. Still crashes. I see no difference in format, size, or file size from the icons that work. There is no explanation for why this is happening.

I've checked several tutorials and forums, and I did exactly everything to spec.

This icon for shockwave does NOT work!

ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNDragonsBreath.tga
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNDragonsBreath.tga

This one does!

ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNHaste.tga
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNHaste.tga

Neither does DISBTNGeneric.tga!

(I dont know why the forum is adding the two spaces, but when I edit it, they are not there)

(I also know the buttons look passive, but its to trick a viewer into overlooking the fact you can click it).

An icon that is a solid color, or a few colors, CRASH wc3 every time. Perhaps when saving the archive, it compresses it to the wrong format because its only a few colors ?? Why do the others work and not this one?

I even opened an existing Icon, turned it black, and saved it. STILL crashes. But hey - the original icon works!

Makes a lot of sense, huh!
