Hello, guys. Well, I was trying to export a model I did to an MDX file and I found out a problem with it: it didn't save any of the separate Geosets, merging it all in a single one and, whats worse, it didn't save any of the bones but the Left Foot bone Well, that screwed up my model for good, since there is o attachment point for spells like Bloodlust and Divine Shield, and the animations themselves disappeared. Does any one knows why this is happening and how to fix it? I use 3DSMax 5.0 , and I already tried to reinstall the Art Tools. |

Okay, let's ask this another way. Has this happened to anyone else AT ALL with 3DSMax 5 and Art Tools 1.01? |

Weird... I'll reinstall 3DSMax later to see if it fixes this. But something really weird happened to me: when I export the Pandaren model, everything turns out just fine! And yes, I flagged everything in my model correctly... |

recheck your model once more, if you could export the panda then your max and art tools are right, be sure that you setted 1 material for the pieces you wanted to join in 1. |

Hmmm... Actually, I used standard material to it at first, but then I used Warcraft III (not composite). After all, I was just testing. Maybe that's the problem? But that still doesn't explain why the bones don't appear... Or does it? |

You should use a texture for all meshes. Also, exporting to mdl first sometimes bugs the model. Try exporting to mdx then converting to mdl. |

Oh! Didn't know that! I'll test it right away. EDIT: I tested it, but guess what? Nothing happened. The MDL converted from the MDX is exactly the same as the one exported directly from 3DSMax... |
