Ghost Glacier

One lone day a few months ago, I saw a game on B-net that caught my eye. It was called Ghost Glacier. It had a decent story, you and your friends were on a trip to Northrend, but your train slid off the tracks and crashed... Now its up to you to go.... well, thats where it ended. It was an unfinished map, but I felt it deserved some credit. It was a combination of puzzles and traps, the first puzzle was pretty neat, you find a note beside an old machine that says the machine is missing a gear that it requires to operate. Now where would you find a gear in the midst of Northrend? No, it's not sitting on the ground guarded by who knows what, you were required to think on your feet, I'l give you a few seconds........ give up? You needed to salvage the part from the wrecked train car. I thought this was quite innovative, but the rest of the map was a bit of a dissapointment. After running throught pacing crypt fiends and banshees, you needed to choose a one of three waygates... which all led to death
I've decided to create a map similar to that one. It will go by the name of Ghost Glacier, and the beginning of the map will follow the same story, but it ends there. Your job is to make to the Northrend Train Station, but unfortunately you have no clue how far away you are... But you will get clues along the way in the form of notes from another traveller, apparantly long dead, but who can be sure? The style of the game will be collection/RPG style, but the will not be many fights, and you will not just encounter an enemy and battle it. Imagine yourself as a stranded traveller, would you simply attack something that pops up in front of you without comment? I wouldn't. Most enemies will require tricky thinking, the first boss is ethereal, and aince you dont have any spells, you will have to search the area for a projectile to use against him. I'm working on terrain right now, its coming along great, and I doubt any modeling will be required, although I would appreciate some trigger help when
I'm done of the terrain. Post any puzzle ideas you have, I'l need help ;) Also, I won't continue the map if I don't receive positive feedback, so it's all up to you, the readers
