Remove EXP sharing?

How do I remove exp sharing between team-mates, because I'm trying to create a non-moocher system that doesn't allow you to follow other players around and mooch exp.

I tried editing gameplay constants. I set global distrubution to false, but I didn't gain exp from some of my abilities if they were casted too far away.

I tried editing the XP Gain Range to about 50, but that doesn't work either.

Go under player-> set player aspect of alliance-> set any thing you want betwen players exept exp sharing.

It works.
