Guest | I was thinking, if someone should make a custom spell pack, because for the totally newbie mapmakers it would be fun to have some new hero spells. I have like 10 spells already, mainly from my own map (The Druid Lands). Oh and just for the record, if you send in a map to warcraftiii.net for example, make sure to state that NEW SPELLS ONLY WORK FOR VERSION 1.04 OF WARCRAFT 3, because people will give you negative comments and get ur rating down. P.S. my first poll attempt, so i`ll **** up horribly. |

Ok, since I'm the only one so far that voted no, I'll at least give my reasons. 1. If you wanted ppl to check out your kool spells, you could put them in a kool map that ppl could play. 2. People new to editing probably would have as much trouble figuring out what to do with importing the files. 3. There's no 'maybe' to pick on your poll ;) 4. It's no fun if you just copy someone else's hard work; and then, their probably just gonna say that THEY made the ability changes... - - - Have I got this completely wrong, or am I right? |

Draco i think your right and that spell-editing should only be able to be used by people who could do it by using excel and importing them them selves |

Yep that's what makes the truely great maps. Anybody can take a map and change it but few have the power of creating great maps from scratch. |
