No orderstring Order Demo

Greetings.

This demo shows how to issue an order for a skill that has no order string.

First, you must test the skill to find out what its "order id" is, a 6-digit integer.

Write that down, and then you can use the IssueTargetOrderById function to order it, very similar to the IssueTargetOrder or IssueTargetOrderBJ functions, but with an integer instead of a string.
