Is it the part where AMAI says "You think it's 2005, but it's 3005 in the real world."? o_O Yep, last weekend, I played Warcraft III. I noticed that AMAI towers well, esp. at the expansions. But along with this is a new issue of cramped buildings. I played Gnoll Wood (FT), and my Orc opponent trapped itself in its base. The only time they could get out is when I approach their expansions and then they teleport. Item handling -- it improved. Other than that, I've not noticed new things compared to the previous version... Maybe if you have a detailed list even if they are small changes? Or is this the version with the "Plan System" in place? Thanks! |

uh, guys, it gets eerie when a place suddenly becomes silent... :\ |

Unfortunately I have nearly no time nowadays. I started an internship at IBM which eats up most of my time. Zalamander is currently on holidays so it is no wonder it is rather silent here. Due to the lack of time on my side, the plan system has been delayed to an indefinite time. So there are not that many new things in the New Year Edition. Apart from the special tower placement, some fixes and the new year chat lines there is not much else. |

I guess I better show some life signs so. Hello from The Gambia. Only 5 days until I'll return home. |

@AIAndy: Thanks, at least that would shed some light on you guys and AMAI. Best wishes on your job at IBM! :) @Zal: Have a nice vacation there at Gambia! And post pictures of the place, too. :) |

Hi guys! How can I switch off all "New Year"-related chat? Coz it's going to be February, and the New Year has aged by then. Thanks! :) |

With the Developer's Edition that is pretty simple. Just set the chance for the NewYear chat event in ChatEvents.txt to 0. |
