If I import the Milita skin to Photoshop (tested that)
Is there any way i can make it usable as a skin then?
I make it .blp but the Editor doesnt recognize it.
Also almost every skin/model I import to WE isnt recognized by it. Is it something Ive missed?

Make sure you export / load / save everything as a 32-bit TGA file, before converting it back and forth to BLP. Should your version of photoshop not support Targa alpha channels, download the Targa plugin from the official site.

Ah ok, that could help. I was trying to make transparence for a camera fade, and only succeded after about 4 hours, and now I can't figure out how. I'll check the Targa site out, maybe that will help.

One more thing, if your map doesn't recognize the .blp files, make sure you either saved it as .blp, or converted it using wc3view or a similar program. If you have only been changing the file type manually by editing the name to NAME.blp , then it won't actually count as a .blp file as the coding will be wrong.

War3Viewer will do that. It's in the Tools forum.

did you change the path and save, closed and reopened the editor?
