Increasing screen scrool speed?

I was wondering how to increase the speed that the screen moves around ingame, does anyone know how? I assume its probably some obscure constant or something. If youve played EoTa, youll notice that the speed is increased (unless im crazy).

Also called camera slide speed, and im pretty sure its a trigger, but cant seem 2 find it.
