be a good and helpful person. either that, or just post a lot and youll get rep for no apparent reason (but obviousely, dont spam)

Posting useless comments like "wow", "amazing" etc. without saying anything else.

or just posting pointless things in general
for example
there is a thread on how to skin a peon
if you go in and say "potato" then thats spamming

flaming is a big no
its offending someone
like name calling mainly

basically just be a helpful person, or give your input on a lot of things, like if someone wants feedback for a wip skin, tell them how you think it would look better.
