Making Spells

i need help with locked on missile spells, and laying bombs spells

im making a map like mario kart, and trying to use items and stuff.

also, is there anyway to make an unit like a stasis trap.. stun when a unit goes near it, but create the unit using triggers?

Yes, just detect when someone casts an ability, and create the unit via the create unit action. For stunning you could use a unit comes in range trigger, or just use a modified stasis trap ability.
