Reputation system abuse?

I was wondering if there is any facility to report abuse of the reputation system. Recently somebody gave bad rep to somebody else and signed their reason in my name.

I don't feel that people should be able to get away with this type of abuse, I hope somebody somewhere has the power to check who actually gave this bad rep and do something about it.
