okay, I will try to explain... The mpq2k folder should just be put directly into the WC3 folder so that you will have: c:\....\Warcraft3\mpq2k\ All the files you create (including the map you want you new skins in) must be put in the mpq2k folder. If you've done that you can start implementing... Right click on the mpq2k autoimplenter (sp?) select properties... Now you will have a window with several weird sentences and strings... I think it's the top one you should change on... That line will include something like: \mpq2k\ a a.w3m and some other stuff... after the a a.w3m you should type in the file you want implented ex: Medivh.blp then you should type in it's place in the mpq... something like Units\Creeps\Medivh\Medivh.blp... so in the end you should have something like: \mpq2k a a.w3m Medivh.blp Units\Creeps\Medivh\Medivh.blp all the locations of the skins can be found in the image extractor... Hope this helps =) :EDIT: your map will have to be renamed a.w3m... if it's not, I'm not sure if it works... The string will also have to be changed so that it replaces the skin you want, not medivh ;) |

Yes, follow EBJ's tut. Remember the files will be replaced when you edit the map and save. Then you you need to implent again. |
