i tried to make a healing aura spell, which was based on phonex fire. i had the projectile art as healing spray and negative damage over time and zero initial damage. what i want it to do was, every say 1.5 seconds a healing thing would be flung from the hero and will buff a nearby allied unit with a #hp per second healing. Add with phonex fire, it wont buff a unit that is already under it's effect. although it appears that phonex fire is hardcoded as it damages allied units etc. i might have to trigger it, which i can do easily but i dont want to ![]() |

Too bad that doesn't work. :\ Try making a healing aura thing from a negative Immolation instead. |

immolations is hardcoded to do damage i am pretty sure.. but that is constant and castable.. what i was trying to achieve was a un-targetable but effects a certain target at a time. i will just have to trigger a dummy unit to cast rejuvination upon a unit under the buff. |

If I remember correctly, the healing aura from the Fountain of Health can be set to heal an absolute HP per second as opposed to healing a percent per second. Can someone verify this for me? 'Cause I can't do it right now. =\ |

Yep, it's got an option it for setting it to a flat value. It seems to work fine. |

ok, i discovered that the damage over time is hardcoded but not the initial damage... i made a pretty nifty spell using phonex fire that heals... i will post it soon in the spell section |
