I havn't seen your other work, but I thought I'd point something out.

The ears stick out. If it's a frontal view, they should be much slimmer (look in a mirror). If I can every figure out my (explitive deleted) scanner, then I'd post some of my own : )

The eyes are way to wide and big, and the ears look like they are beginning next to the head instead attached to it.
And you should probally remove the lines by her nose.

I agree with everyting Kalvorod and Runny sad, and by the way, the hair on the right side looks kinda messy

thought i'd point this out... this might just be the way i see it, but the face looks like it curves kinda like a "C" or more like this "( ( "
just a little less curved.
Oh yeah i dont know if you did this on purpose or not but if you put a piece of paper under your hand when you draw or raise your hand up 3 or 4 degrees it should stop or lower smudging.

okay... ill start on some basic anatomical crits.
1. the torso needs to be bigger... or rather wider.
2. ears seem detached from the head.
3. the nose is weird.. not like most noses ive seen. it looks fake.. sort of like michael jackson.
4. the way breasts are made is so that the nipples are on the ouside. your woman is either missing nipples, or the breast is really weird and the nipples are being pointed inward so that cloth can cover them.
5. shoulders need to be a bit broader.
6. Eyes are a bit too slender, and stretched out.

um.. other than that.. just keep on drawing. how long have you been drawing?

personally, i think anime would look better than this, this picture just needs some fixes with shading and fixing a bit of the facial stucture, id give some, more tips but i'm too lazy. but really is it necessary to point out that it's non-anime, or do you just hate anime like some of the other ignorant losers.( no i'm not calling them all ignorant)

I would look up some random people on google or something, or look at some of loomis' stuff. Get all of the proportions down then start to work on advanced anatomy in figure movement and flow and muscle grouping. I did a quick paintover to show you the proportions of an actual figure in conjunction with yours. It kinda covered up your image a bit more than I wanted so You'll have to look hard to see the differences.
