How to convert .gmax to .Mdx?

Undifty	Hi, can someone tell me how to convert the .gmax formats into .mdx formats? i just downloaded gmax and i have created a test model to test the feutures in gmax... ..i have now anmated the model and i wonder how to extract or convert the .gmax file to a .mdx.. help me please..
