Ive decided to make a resident evil camppaign using the fps mod!

Basically your Alice (two models one for firing other for melee and beat the crap out of zombies =P) Your in a city alone (?) and you gotta go into apartments and houses and cars for weapons or even other survivors you find to add to your party and tell to tag along.


You have one hour to beat the game or else itll go into ciney mode and show a nuke blow off your ass =P

I need a couple terrainers and a few skinners (modelers are excepted also but I can model myself if none appear)

Ive made the team party already.

Also there is a weight feature in your backpack meaning you can carry infinite weapons and ammo just as long as it doesnt exceed your weight limit. If you are at the break of your weight max you get slowed down ALOT and you have a chance of falling. Meaning you trip and fall making your armor decrease by 5 and make you highly vulnerable to attacks.

You begin with the Tvirus anti-virus that allows you 35 shots if you get bit by a zombie or licker. You slowly lose health when bitten depending on the seriousness meaning

Scratch -1 health every second
small cut -3 health every 1.75 seconds
cut -5 health every 2.25 seconds
Large cut -9 health every 3.5 secs
small bite - 11 everyone 4 secs
bite - 13 every 4.25 secs
large bite -17 every 5 secs
Heavy bleeding - 20 every 6 seconds
Severe wound - 10 every 2.5 seconds
Large severe wound - 5 every .75 seconds

weight= if you carry nothing except lower than 50 pounds normal running
carrying nothing except stuff in hands increased running and firing speed
100 pounds or less = slight minus of speed
150 pounds or less = average speed and attack deduction Slight chance of triping
200 pounds or less = large decrease large chance of tripping small chance of falling
200+ Huge decrease in attack speed and movement speed and large chance of falling
275+ 95% speed and attack speed decreased and 60% chance of falling (killer)
300+ IMMOBILE!!!

Looks good, the FPS mod along with some creepy terrain and sounds (and the zombies themselves) could make this pretty scary :o

I guess there will be a range of puzzles to solve? or will it be more hack'n'slash?

As long as they're not the illogical puzzles you sometimes see in resident evil, puzzles would be pretty cool. Who exactly put a logic-based lock on the oil freezer in RE3, or dismantled the bell in the church for the same game?

Yeah what I didn't get is how the other characters manage to get so far ahead of you when your the one that has to find all the keys and kill the monsters and solve the puzzles... yet you always bump into them as you go (or so it is with Resident Evil on GC)

The gamecube resident evil 4 i think is the best superb graphics and such it was very fun i believe( expecially when your in the car=P)

Well, not sure how much good I'd be. I'm mostly good with terraining, triggering, and ideas. If you need that, sure I can help.

I would love to help!
Im suprised that such a cool idea has been burried in these other projects.
I think you shouldnt have Alice as the main character though.... because she is just some character they made up in the movies.

I can skin, make cinematics, and trigger. Some other things aswell

(brief ideas)
Alice=
Melee, Weapon damage and accuracy is increased But is easily encumbered

Bulky Marine (no name yet)=
Melee damage increased very high but is slow. Unit cannot get encumbered only movement reduction.

Scout(no name yet)=
accuracy super increased when using weapons designated as SNIPING or LONG RANGE and is very fast, but melee damage is small and low hp and armor

Marine (no name yet again)=
Everythign is averaged


Kidna get the picture to balance it out right?
