could you possibly make larger screens? and how does it keep track of the other recources?

Okay here's some larger screens. I'm going to touch up the existing terrain using height since I'm limited on doodads. And there are actually two large tech trees the Great Wizards and the Civilizations. It keeps tract of a resources through variables and arrays and you just type "-or", which stands for other resources to see what other resources you have. I've tried several attempts at creating a multiboard but it requires jass which I've kind of lack patience to learn so this is the best alternative I could come up with.

The other resources are Gold (not the default Gold, the default Gold is replaced with Iron Ore and it is obtained by taxes) Stone ( harvested but it gets kind tedious to harvest it, it's semi-automatic sort to speak meaning that you click the stone to attack with a colonist and it automatically returns most of the time but it won't go back so therefore buildings don't require much stone.) Weapons and Armor (both smithed or mass produced at either a foundry or Industrial Center.)

Dude, traditional diplomacy map with a few interesting concepts sums it all up. I'll explain the concepts later. And I don't need doodads I said I was limited on them because I'm trying to reduce lag since there's going to be a lot of units.

Okay I guess not everyone's played Europa/Fall of Rome/Rise of China/diplomacy. Basically in those maps you capture cities which give you resources in return and to win you try to capture all cities until you're the only one left.

My map plays like that except it has a more complex unit system and many units to choose from so that the options are so numerous each civilization won't be using the same units.

You have to build cities on fertile land by upgrading the fertile land. But cities don't give you food instead you have to either breed animals from a livestock farm or crop farm which can only be built on fertile land. You capture fertile land by attacking it down to 25% life same with cities and farms. Plus you have to harvest Iron Ore, Lumber and Stone and smith armor and weapons not to mention gold from taxes so building an economy should prove to be a challenge. It will also feature a simple trading system and many different types of alliances.

Oh yes and there will be Great Wizards who have there own tech tree plus the civilizations and can be either neutral, good or evil.

I also eventually plan to create a singleplayer version with a working AI since I'll never be able to play it online.

Edit: What should the next sreens show?

Interesting...it would get quite complex, but I'm most interested and would love to see the resulting completed project.

I think that you should make food a commodity too, so that you can trade all three items to your allies.
