What do you mean, stick to your model? Just import them both in your map, and the portrait will be used by the main model ingame.

But how can i know that it's the right portrait? i mean it's just a vertex modifying of the heromoonpriestess, so wont the heromoonpriestess portrait just be used?

I really dont think that it will use the same portrait... but i think wc3viewer can help with the protrait, it has this camera option on it or w/e

it can be found on wc3sear.ch

Just put your new vertex edited model into the new path which (hopefully) you have created for it. Then put the portrait model into the same path and it will use it (or 'stick to the model' as you call it).

Like if you have a paladin model.

You want to add him an helmet so you rip the 'Paladin' and 'Paladin_Portrait' models and add the helmet model to them. Then you open the 'Paladin' model in WordPad and edit the path of the unit. Like 'Units\Human\PaladinHelm.mdx

Then you just put your new 'Paladin_Portrait' to the same location (Units\Human\Paladin_Portrait.mdx), and it will appear in the game.

Lol no, cant be done, there is no path in the mdl, if there was then i would be able 2 search under the words portrait and .mdx and get a result.

You had it right in the first place.

Tiger.mdx
Tiger_portrait.mdx

You may want to make sure your model's name is Tiger, and not just the filename.
