AMAI team looking for help

As you may have noticed, progress on AMAI has become pretty slow. That is mostly due to me having nearly no time since I started an internship at IBM some weeks ago.

There are still many improvements that should be done on the AMAI engine and also bugs to be removed.

So we are looking now for someone to help with the development of AMAI. Especially useful would be help with programming in the AMAI engine.

Required Skill:
- Programming

Useful Skill:
- JASS (but JASS is so simple that it is not that hard to learn so this is not required)
- Having used AMAI Developer's Edition

We really hope someone joins so AMAI can become better and some of the nasty bugs/limitations can be removed.

Help with improving strategies and finding better values for the settings is always welcome too.

WEll i am a VB programmer and now midway learning C# after a brief look at C++.

I know some jass

I have used the amai developer edition.

I would like to help but I not sure i would totally follow the work. Especially all that perl stuff.

Nice :)

Perl is well worth learning as it is very useful as an additional tool when programming (the regular expressions in Perl make it easy to work with text). But in this case there is no problem not knowing it as most changes to the AMAI engine do not require changes to the Perl scripts.

Lets meet in IRC or ICQ or something similar so we can talk. What time would you prefer ? I can find some time in the evening CET during the week.

Preferbly around 7.30 CET.

Edit - You choose the channel if using irc.
