Hi, everyone.. I wonder what all different Weapon Types really do, I know that Normal attack is as a instant hit, that Missile is aprojectile that take its time to hit, and that the Missile(splash) is like missile but that it has splash damage.. But: What does everybody do? What is the different between(as an example) the Artrillery Line and Missile Line.. Can someone explain what all this things does and how theu work?: -Normal <-I think i know this one -Instant <-This one makes me know exactly what this is ;) -Artrillery <- Huh? What is this? :( -Artrillery(Line) <-What is this? And how does it work? -Missile <- I think i know this one... -Missile(Splash) <-This one I know :8 -Missile(Bounce) <- I know what this is but not how to get this working. ![]() -Missile(Line) <- What is these "Line" things???? o_O Can someone please tell me what all theese things are, how they work and in wich cases they shall be used in? (sorry if i wrote a bit wierd, but i sux at english) |

Artillery - Adds splash, and the attack-ground button Artillery (line) - adds splash, attack-ground button, and hits units in a line Missile (Bounce) - missile bounces through a number of targets determined by "maximum number of targets" across an area determined by the attack's splash Missile (Line) - basically artillery (line) without the attack ground option. |

The difference between missle and artillery is that the missle will automatically hit the unit, even if it moves and the missle doesn't have homing, while artillery will hit the ground, and if the target unit moves away in the meantime it takes no damage. The (line) attack types damage targets that are behind the first target. Glavie thrower has this, as well as gryphons (both require an upgrade for it). To get bounce attacks working, just look at the huntress. I thing you need to modify damage spill, not sure though if that's not for line attacks. |
