can't convert mdl to mdx.

I can't convert this mdl to an mdx can some one help me. all files are in the map:
-mdl
-model
-origanal model
-skin (jpeg and blp)
( Error msg: Error (line 1) expected token "[ ] 1/2")

This also happened to me. You used Gmax and dex right ? If so at the end of the mdl is a sentence "Export Successful!" you need to delete that and then it will work

depends on the message. if it says unknown character in line one (most likely) delete line 1. and goth, where are those towers or whatever i was going to do for you
