Im using a custom loading screen for my map, and i know how to do it, its just even when u import it as a jpg or tga even it still adds a woping 2 meg to your map size....is there any way around this? |

A normal jpg image has less than 100 kb... What size is the image(pixel)? |

Guest | I have found that for custom loading screens, if you change the tga into a blp (there's a program for that you can download from somewhere off this site), then the size is much smaller - maybe half a Mb or 3/4...there's a tutorial somewhere around here for this...because you'll also have to use a loadingscreen.mdx that's specifically for blps. http://www.wc3campaigns.com/showthre...loading+screen It's a whole thread about it. |
