I'm using the chaos refinery4 model for the orcs foundry in my map and I have found a problem. Even though the buildings stats list it as orc in every way; when it begins construction it plays the undead sound, when it dies it uses the undead death dissipate, and when it is upgraded with spiked barricades they appear on the building and then vanish (units are still damaged from attacking it though). Any ideas on how I can solve this? |

building sounds and suchlike are in the model itself. It has to be manually edited. Seek out tutorials for that. Same goes with the spikes. The refineriy is probably missing attachment points, which also can be added into mdl. In short, check tutorials on mdl editing and you'll find what you need. |

Eh, could you maybe give it the properties of an Orc building? I don't have a lot of time atm. |

I don't do requests anymore. That's my policy. There is a reason this mod isn't that often updated. I simply don't have the time. Get any other mdl editer to do it for you. |

One question. Is there a way to make a model another models construction animation? I wanted to use your troll birth model as the orc shipyard and foundry construction. Could I attach it with triggers? EDIT: You want to play me? I see your on atm. |

Could one of you or someone you know take the refinery4 model and rework it so it uses existing wc3 orc textures and lighting effects and attach the orc construction? If you can that would be great, not only for file size, but for matching Orc buildings too. |
