Model Request

I would like to request a model. If anyone is willing to make, I'll be forever thankful. The model is an aura, if possible, can it look as much like the picture as possible? Thanks... Please help me.

Hey guess I could help, do you want the aura to that neon green around the outside and white in the middle or should I alpha those parts out??

Whatever pleases you the most, or you think is prettier. I would rather prefer that the parts are alphaed. Thank you very much for your time and for helping. Please don't go too much out of your way and let this model be of a burden to you. Thanks again.
