A viking camp for my campaign, any great flaws here? Which would be done better? And if so, which are well done?

Needs some work, add more doodads like ice crystals, make a size difference in the trees so that some are bigger and some are smaller (Easy object editing) also use more types of trees there are quite a few snowey ones. Also add some weather i like using both blizzard and then adding a region and making a wind heavy weather effect there. This would make your terrain perfect.

the terrain looks good. a good use of blizzards doodads. but when i first read about this project on the hubb, i thought the terrain was going to be a lot less blizzardly and more natural, clean and crisp looking. i think this could look so much better if you used cliffs made from raiseing terrain and rock textures instead of the typical blizz cliffs. if you could get hold of a few custom models such as some trees (one large tree without leaves, and a thick pine tree that dosnt have that annoying blue tint the northrend ones do,and perhaps some nice high res skined dead shrub and mushroom models). overall, i think this terrain is justfar too blue. i can understand the effect of setting it at night, but for me,blue generaly mean a slightly magical atmosphere, reminisant of the night elves.

all this is begining to sound rather harsh. i acctualy like the terrain, and there are not real flaws with it. but i think it could look so much better with a style that advances more on the typical blizz style. such as the tile set you chose. it still looks like a plain northrend environment to me. which IMO looks too unatural and sureal for a mod based in non fictional surroundings

ive been watching this mod for a while, and its certainly grabbed my attention. i look forward its release

Thanks, specially Gitlich. I am planning for the next chapter to use as the main theme northern spring. For winter here is indeed filled with snow and when walking in th forest you really see nothing more than snow covered trees and white fields :) So the use of snow is indeed there to bring in the feel of pitiless blizzards.

And as said,. in the future we'll see spring and maybe even summer. As for all the opinions, I've learned many things from them already. Thank you all.
