Guest | Hy there I'm new here, and I'm working in a model for WC3 for first time too, so I am a Super-noob. Anyway, everybody has to be a noob at the beginning. I downloaded the plug-in for GMAX that allows to export and import MDX. It works when importing (following the instructions about importing without skin and bones). But my real problem arrives when I have my model done and I want to export it, becuase I click the "Export selected as MDX" buton, I write a name for the file, and then it happens: -- Runtime error: Feature not available: "fopen write mode" Please, help me. I want to ask something more. Does the buildings need some kind of animation? I mean, is it essential? Building? Falling? Thanks for your help |

This happens to EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE. First you have to Open a Warcraft 3 model delete its bones and mesh. Then export your model and your all happy |

HOLD UP!!! Hehe those instructions are for 3dsmax :( sorry about that. Gmax cant export models using KMK's Importer/Exporter |

If this happens to every one, why is there not a sticky for it. If there IS a sticky for it and I just over looked it them, Im sorry. Also im having the exact same problem. =þ |
