What's the difference between green rep and gray rep?

i am not sure but i think gray is you got 0 rep and green is you got some rep (red is lower then 0...)

Grey rep. is neutral, good rep is positive. Grey rep. is usually given by the members who have 10 or less rep.

i want rep! lol

As a general rule, you won't be given green rep by using things like "lol", but I'm just a nice guy.
