This is really good, but I think it would look better if the horns were curved. Also, try to improve the face's expression to make it look more reptilian and also more evil. Keep up the good work!

Well, face isn't finished here, and they're not teeth but thse funny little 'lip' thingies like dinosaurs had, it just went totally wrong... Actually i spent like 10 minutes on his arm and another 10 on neck, just found easier way to make all the scales :P

Edit: new head

Looks good, you have a cool style going with your shading. A couple things I'll point out though, I don't really like the face all that much, part of that is because it doesn't feel structured enough like wormskull pointed out. Most of all though, it doesn't feel like it has any weight. I think you should put some strain on the muscles and the belly sag a little or possibly make it thinner near his legs (like a dogs anatomy, but that's personally what I base dragons anatomy off of a little bit so that could vary). Since the front of his body is going downwards, there would be a lot of stress on the front legs and he'd have to bend them a little for stablity.

Looks promising. Everyone seems to be in a dragon mood right now, I normally don't draw that many dragons but they're littered all over my sketchbook right now.

Shadings are great, but it is the structure of a dragon that does not please me. Of course, it is up to you how you like your dragons, but it is that classical not-snake/not-lizard that does not strike me. Maybe a little more chaotic effect on it? Longer horns, bestial sabreteeth or something that breaks the traditional fantasy-poster-dragon model?

Well, opinions are like assholes, everyone has one of his own and it most definetely stinks :D

IMO, the problem is that the heads (new and old as well) look too much like dinosaur heads and especially like herbivors, if you added a more Trex like shape or if you showed the teeth (like for a crocodile) it would look better I think.
